Yes, all updates are free. We often update our themes and templates with improvements, additional features or bugfixes throughout their product life cycle. Whenever we release an update, they’re available on ThemeForest and you simply need to log in to your account and download the latest version.
Each license purchased through themeforest.net can only be used on a single domain. If you want to use the same WordPress Theme or HTML Template on multiple sites, you can simply purchase multiple licenses of the same theme. For more information on licenses please click here.
We do not handle refunds directly. Refunds are handled by ThemeForest. Read more about their refund policy here.
If you have purchased an item and it does not work as described or is faulty, please contact support and tell them which file you purchased and exactly what the problem has been with the item. The item will be investigated, and if it is found to be faulty or not working as described it will be fixed or a refund will be offered.
We have multiple demos for all our WordPress Themes and HTML Templates which you can browse through. The theme or template demos display all features of the WordPress Theme or HTML Template and each product page clearly describes the features included. We can’t send you the files prior to purchase, for obvious reasons, but feel free to send us any pre-sale questions you may have and we’ll be happy to answer them. Yes, we provide free basic support for all our products. All UDTHEMES customers are welcome to join our Support Forum at support.udthemes.com where we answer questions about how to use our products and help you get set up. You can read more about our support here.
Our staff works Monday through Friday and we try to answer questions within a 48h period.

No programming knowledge is required. However, you do need to know how to install and use WordPress on your domain. Should you require help with installing WordPress, you could always opt for our “Theme Setup” service.
There are a lot of tutorials available online on how to use WordPress and we have easy to use online documentation for all our WordPress themes. We also have a Support Forum where we help our customers get set up or help troubleshoot if you run into any issues.
No. Our themes are intended for use with the self-hosted version of WordPress, available at WordPress.org.
WordPress.com users can only use the themes that are available on wordpress.com.
No. If “WordPress” is not specified in the product description, it will not work with WordPress.
If you’re just starting out, we really recommend going for shared hosting from HostGator.com. Their shared hosting plans are both reliable and affordable and can handle the requirements and traffic of most small to medium sized websites.
If you get either of these messages it means that you have not uploaded the correct folder. Make sure that you are uploading the theme folder only, and NOT the entire downloaded zip file from ThemeForest. See this tutorial for further assistance.
